About Brands Deli

Long Beach native Joe Brand started his deli experience as a teenager working for Tamburino's Deli in Cedarhurst, NY.  Joe took those deli roots and in 1990 he and his partner Mike opened Zamboni's Deli and Catering in Long Beach, NY.  After selling Zamboni's Joe worked for the City of Long Beach as the Parks Commissioner for almost 10 years.  Joe knew one day he would return to the deli business and in May, 2012 he opened Brand's Deli.

Many people know Joe as "Coach."  For over 20 years Joe has been the coach of the Long Beach Varsity High School Hockey team and has led the Marines to three state championships.

Brand's prides itself on fast and friendly service.  The customer is our #1 priority!   No matter how busy, we have plenty of staff on-hand to get you out the door.  We use only Boar's Head cold cuts to make the hearty delicious sandwiches that keep our customers coming back!  Homemade salads and soups are made fresh daily.  We also carry a selection of fresh bakery goods and bagels. 

In addition to breakfast and lunch we offer hot and cold caterings.  Specialties include: Relish trays, salads, party hero's, sandwich platters, and hot trays offering a large selection of chicken, beef, pork, pasta, and vegetable dishes to choose from. We will customize a menu to suit your needs.

Brand's Deli is opened 7 days a week serving breakfast and lunch.  Dine in or take-out, free delivery. We even deliver to the beach during the summer.
